Maulers Hockey Central's Return and Exchange Policy
Maulers Hockey Central wants to making sure that you are happy with every purchase and our customer service everytime. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase here are our guidelines for returns and exchanges:
- Products must be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- All returned items must be unused, resellable, and in the original packaging.
- All refunds and exchanges for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling charges. For warranty returns, please include a receipt for your return shipping cost. Refunded shipping amounts will be issued for the cost of regular ground shipping.
Maulers Hockey Central recommends shipping your return through a carrier that will insure and track your package. You are responsible for this package until it is delivered and received.
